Hello Everyone!

It's time for another edition of our neighborhood newsletter! Stay informed and connected with the latest updates:

June 9th Spring Fling Event
Join us for an afternoon of community fun at the Amberville/Garnet field on June 9th. The event kicks off at 2 pm and wraps up at 4 pm. We've got a variety of lawn games for everyone in the neighborhood to enjoy! Plus, the ice cream truck will make a visit from 2:30 – 3:15 pm for an afternoon sweet treat! 

Voting Items
At the June 9th event, we'll be voting on adding either a bench or picnic table to the side of the field. This is a continuation of our 2023 initiatives that had an overwhelming positive response. Look out for an email coming soon with additional information and an option to vote online or grab a physical ballot at the event. 

Reminder: Drive Safely
With the warmer weather enticing more kids to play outside, let's remember to keep our streets safe. Please drive slowly and cautiously through our neighborhood.

Gardening
Interested in helping to plant flowers in the mulch bed near the field? Let us know! If we have interest, we'll form a gardening committee to spearhead this effort.

HOA Regulations Reminder
Concerned about what updates are allowed for your property? Don't hesitate to reach out to the HOA with any questions regarding permissibility, especially for front-facing updates. Avoid potential fines by staying informed.

Hi Neighbors, We're excited to bring you some important updates and plans for our neighborhood's ongoing improvement. Here's what you need to know: 1. Tree Work Scheduled: Please note that tree work will be taking place in the neighborhood on Thursday, February 22nd. Hello Neighbors, We hope you're all enjoying the summer! Here are some important updates and upcoming events in our community: Annual HOA Meeting – September 29th  The Annual HOA Meeting will be held virtually on September 29th. Invites will be emailed closer to the date. The meeting will begin at 4:00 PM, where the board will present the FVE annual financial review and other updates. Following the presentation, there will be a Q&A session at 5:00 PM, where homeowners can ask questions and provide input. If you are interested in joining the board, please email us before the meeting and we will provide you with the necessary form to submit. Fall Neighborhood Event Planning We are excited to start planning our fall neighborhood event for early October!
