Hello Neighbors,

We hope you're all enjoying the summer! Here are some important updates and upcoming events in our community:

Annual HOA Meeting – September 29th 

The Annual HOA Meeting will be held virtually on September 29th. Invites will be emailed closer to the date. The meeting will begin at 4:00 PM, where the board will present the FVE annual financial review and other updates. Following the presentation, there will be a Q&A session at 5:00 PM, where homeowners can ask questions and provide input. If you are interested in joining the board, please email us before the meeting and we will provide you with the necessary form to submit.

Fall Neighborhood Event Planning

We are excited to start planning our fall neighborhood event for early October! If you are interested in helping plan the event or assisting on the day of, we would love your involvement. Please email the board your interest by the end of August. 

Neighborhood Tree Removal and Trimming

Neighborhood tree removal and trimming will take place in early September. If you have any concerns regarding specific trees on HOA property (please note, this does not include private property) that may need attention, please email the board by the end of August. 

Field Items

We’re pleased to announce that the bench for the neighborhood field, which received the most votes during our summer event, has been ordered! Assembly and installation will take place within the next few weeks. Additionally, we plan to purchase an outdoor storage box to keep at the field. This will allow us to store sports and play items for the community's use.

Hi Neighbors, We're excited to bring you some important updates and plans for our neighborhood's ongoing improvement. Here's what you need to know: 1. Tree Work Scheduled: Please note that tree work will be taking place in the neighborhood on Thursday, February 22nd. We believe in the community and open channels of communication.
