It is about time! Here is the official FVE Newsletter for our neighborhood! We want to share this delightful news with you. We believe in the community and open channels of communication. You will receive the FVE Newsletter via email. 

This newsletter will serve as an intermediary between our meetings and provides residents with Forest View Estates news, announcements, community events, activities, social opportunities, and the like.

A Message from your HOA Board Members:

We want to take the time to welcome all the newest members of our Forest View Estates Homeowners Community. 

Here at Forest View Estates Homeowners Community, we have dedicated our time and spirit to making the best possible financial decisions and providing growth of the value of houses in the HOA; we also take our time to provide recreational and social opportunities to our HOA members. 

Our Board of Directors is a team that volunteers for a year to look after our community. For any further questions, we suggest making sure we have your email or phone number so you will get all the latest information, essential letters, and minutes from our latest meetings. 

We invite you to volunteer as a member of our HOA Board.  Currently, we need a Board Member to take the role of Treasurer. We encourage you all to join! Every resident and committee member makes their mark on our community and plays a significant role in making it a healthy, peaceful, and beautiful place. Board Notes:

The operation of your homeowner's association is governed by a board of volunteer directors. The Board of Directors is elected by the community to oversee the daily functions and financial responsibilities of the Association. The Board is also responsible for maintaining members’ compliance with the established covenants and bylaws of the Association.

RECENT UPDATES FROM THE BOARD:

  • Updates on FV Amberville sign installation- We expect this to be installed in the next 8 weeks. The company has delayed its installation due to some scheduling conflict. Broken signage was picked up and disposed of. We are looking at late May, early June.
  • New Board Members - We wish to welcome Debbi Raffalli as our second secretary. She'll be working along with our secretary, Diana Zawil, in all communication and event planning aspects for our HOA. THE HOA NEEDS YOU! Currently, Forest View Estates HOA is in need of a Treasurer. Please send us an email to: fvehoa@gmail.com for further information.
  • Planning Projects & Activities for HOA Annual Meeting- After collecting survey we have decided to do a virtual HOA Meeting in May and postpone our Fun Day Event for a later date.

    Remember our Neighborhood Fun Day has been postponed to a later date. Details will be presented during our HOA Meeting. We are in need of volunteers to plan and organize this event.     Hi Neighbors, We're excited to bring you some important updates and plans for our neighborhood's ongoing improvement. Here's what you need to know: 1. Tree Work Scheduled: Please note that tree work will be taking place in the neighborhood on Thursday, February 22nd.     Issue 5 - FVE News - August 2024

    Hello Neighbors, We hope you're all enjoying the summer! Here are some important updates and upcoming events in our community: Annual HOA Meeting – September 29th  The Annual HOA Meeting will be held virtually on September 29th. Invites will be emailed closer to the date. The meeting will begin at 4:00 PM, where the board will present the FVE annual financial review and other updates. Following the presentation, there will be a Q&A session at 5:00 PM, where homeowners can ask questions and provide input. If you are interested in joining the board, please email us before the meeting and we will provide you with the necessary form to submit. Fall Neighborhood Event Planning We are excited to start planning our fall neighborhood event for early October!
