The Votes Are In!

Dear Forest View Homeowners,

It was a pleasure to see you all at our Annual Neighborhood Party. We are very pleased to announce the results for our Sept 9 Event Initiatives. Congratulations to Joe Rocco, our raffle winner of a cool Amazon gift card! Thank you all for your participation and special thanks to our young helping hands, Ethan Borbas and Jonah Malvey.

Initiatives that received top scores:

• -Common Field Dual Fencing areas including soccer nets & benches.
• -Bike Racks Around the playground & common field.
• -Small retaining wall around signage to prevent further damage.
• -Solar lights
• -Website

Now that we have these preliminary initiative results, your HOA Board will take the necessary steps to research and follow up with costs, design prototypes, along with an estimated time schedule, in order to present to all FVE homeowners. Open discussion of budgets and rollout to be held by October 2023 (date TBD). Final Vote will be held in November 2023 (date TBD).
