Hi Neighbors, We're excited to bring you some important updates and plans for our neighborhood's ongoing improvement. Here's what you need to know: 1. Tree Work Scheduled: Please note that tree work will be taking place in the neighborhood on Thursday, February 22nd. Be mindful of any temporary disruptions in the area and exercise caution during this time. 2. Future Enhancements: Per the 2023 neighborhood event discussion items, we're exploring various enhancements for our community and gathering quotes for the following: Soccer Nets Benches Bike Racks Pathway Solar Lights Retaining Wall A vote will be held in the next few months to determine which projects, if any, we'll pursue. Stay tuned for more information. 3. Landscaping Plans: In the coming spring, we plan to beautify our entrances and the area around the field with additional landscaping, including flowers and shrubs.
